If I had the option to give more stars, I would. The service I received from both Francisco and Carlos was outstanding. Their explanations were clear, they were quick, and they met the delivery deadlines (they were even faster). And as I told the installers, "I was really looking forward to seeing a job well done." They adapted to my exacting aesthetic requirements for the door (and there were quite a few 🤪), finding solutions for everything. The installation was very professional, and they even cleaned everything up afterward. The service has been exceptional from the moment we visited the store. Then, with Carles, the manager, it was very easy to communicate our needs, and they accommodated all of them, even some of the more complex ones. The most important thing for us was the installation of the door in our apartment. The installers did an excellent job, and the result is impressive. Our door is large, 1 meter wide by 2.5 meters high, reinforced, and its installation wasn't simple. They did a simply outstanding job. We ordered it in a raw finish so that our painter can then paint it to match the rest of our doors.
