Completely unprofessional! They show up at unannounced times and give you an exorbitant quote without even seeing what needs repairing, mocking and disrespecting the customer! Not recommended at all!
They repaired an aluminum sliding door for me three years ago, and more recently, a couple of weeks ago, a blind. I'm very happy with both services. In both cases, they came quickly and did a good job.
