We had a high electricity bill/usage and wanted advice on any issues with our system. Took advantage of my wife since I was not home and charged €150 for 15 minutes and didn't fix anything or offer any advice. When we requested information on electricity usage capacity in order to reduce our rates, he ghosted us.

Did not fix the problem, only disconnected part of the network with a short circuit. Told me that to find the problem it's necessary to break the walls, but later another electrician was able to fix it without breaking anything. Changed time of visit last minute. Payment only in cash.

The propiertor, Mohamad, did a fabulous job diagnosing and repairing an important electrical problem in our apartment today. We called in the morning around 9 AM and he was able to arrive by 10 AM. We had had another electrician look at the problem a number of times before but the other one had never found a solution. Instead he insulted us by saying there was no problem at all. All of the electricity in our apartment kept shorting out and shutting everything down. Mohamad quickly assessed the problem by examining our interior electrical panel, and he was able to determine that the short circuit was in fact just outside our apartment. He replaced the external fuse holder which was making the electricity not "connect" and our problem was immediately solved. I am so thankful to have found a professional electrician here in Barcelona, who knows how to examine a situation and determine the best solution. Mohamed's price was reasonable for the job. He had great communication skills (speaking both Spanish and French - our language). And he was able to explain things to us clearly. We were very pleased with his professional service and highly recommend him to anyone else with electrical issues.

I've used Mohamed's services several times now. The first time was for an emergency, which they fixed in barely two hours whereas it required changing the electric box altogether. I felt much safer with the electric installation afterwards. I used their services a second time to fix the electricity of the entire building, on a Sunday, whereas the insurance company still has not fixed their part one month later. Lastly, I recently needed the installation of new sockets and fans and the execution was perfect. Thanks!
