Barcelona Builder and Renovations

I’ve had the pleasure of working with BCN on multiple luxury apartment projects across Barcelona, and their work is consistently exceptional. Their brilliant craftsmanship and keen eye for high-end finishes allow them to navigate the complexities of premium renovations with ease. Furthermore, their clear communication and expert ability to manage sub-contractors ensure that every stage of the build remains seamless. Having a partner who understands the standards of luxury real estate while delivering on time and within budget has been invaluable. I highly recommend them for any sophisticated residential build." Barcelona Build and Renovate transformed two of our homes in Barcelona! We hired them for a full refurbishment of our apartments, and from the initial quote to the final finishes, their team was professional, reliable, and highly skilled. They handled everything including the kitchen renovation, bathroom remodeling, electrical and flooring work with great attention to detail. The communication was excellent, and they kept us informed throughout the entire renovation process. The quality of their craftsmanship is outstanding, and they completed the projects on schedule. If you’re looking for a trusted refurbishment company in Barcelona that delivers superior results and excellent service, we highly recommend Barcelona Build and Renovate!

John and Tommy from Barcelona build have worked on various projects for me over the last ten years and have always completed the works to a very high standard, within the agreed budget and very importantly in the exhibition industry within a tight time line, they have mainly supplied and fitted ceilings for me at the mobile world congress at the Fira but have also completed various building projects around Barcelona with there highly experienced and professional team, always a pleasure to work with them on projects and out of many problems I’ve given them over the years I haven’t given them one that they haven’t solved! Great team and I highly recommend 👍

I cannot recommend Barcelona Build and Renovate highly enough! The entire process, from start to finish, was absolutely fantastic, thanks in large part to the phenomenal team, especially Tommy and John. They are both absolutely amazing and made the whole renovation a stress-free experience. The work they carried out was top-notch, professional, and truly exceeded all our expectations for quality and craftsmanship. Their attention to detail, commitment to the timeline, and clear communication throughout the project were incredible. If you are looking for dedicated, highly skilled professionals in Barcelona, Tommy and John are the ones you want. They are the best!

Tommy and John and their team have overseen a complete make over of my place. From tip to toe, inside the apartment, new floors, layout, new kitchen as well as completely transforming my terrace. I am definitely in a strong position to write this review after many months working together over many years. These lads deliver on their word and get the job done. They are problem solvers, and no matter what arises they find a way to a good solution. I am planning more building works at my new apartment and they will be the ones tasked with the job, that says it all really. I trust them to get the job done well and at a fair price. And on top of this they are both really nice people. Love being around them both. Hard working, full of life and humor. And if you are an English speaking person in Barcelona it really helps so much having a bilingual construction team.
