Incredibly friendly staff. My partner and me felt very welcome and in safe hands. We usually work out at the gym, but decided to take group classes on vacation in Barcelona. Marc is very helpful, even took time out of his day to give us some tips for our stay in the city. Jordi gave us creative workouts and was encouraging. We felt included in the groups. The workouts are demanding, but there are modifications available for when they are needed. The exercises are straightforward. The workouts last 45 minutes which is ideal for when on vacation or with a busy schedule. The machines and weights are in good condition, the workout rooms are spacious. Towels and lockers with keys are included, there are clean showers in the changing rooms with (free) female sanitary products in the women’s changing room. I’m sad we have to leave and hope to be back one day. 😊

In the last few months that I worked and lived in Barcelona I went several times a week to Inside 45, to the morning classes by Pere. From the start I felt very welcome, despite the fact I can’t speak Spanish (very well). I also loved the variety of the different workouts and the personal attention. I would highly recommend this studio! Lots of thanks for everything!
