In my case, the service involved preparing an apartment that had recently undergone renovations, so it required a very thorough cleaning. From the very beginning to the very end, the service from all the staff was impeccable. They are incredibly punctual. Regarding the cleaning, they leave everything spotless and do a final check with the client to ensure their satisfaction. 100% recommended. If needed, I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.
We received a cleaning service of 3 hours for an empty apartment. The flat needed some basic cleaning for dusts and shelves. We received the flat in nearly the same condition. The floor was not touched. The kitchen was only half cleaned. The wardrobes were left without cleaning. The person didn’t even have cleaning material (except three sprays) so we had to go and buy stuff. The light in the entrance was broken. The list is long! Awful service, very disappointing.

I'm very happy with the service. They were very professional and attentive, and they left my loft spotless, even though I have some delicate materials. They managed to remove all the mold from the shower, which is lined with natural stone; it was immaculate. I highly recommend them.
