100% recommended. They are highly professional, clean, careful, respectful, and very friendly. Everything was installed perfectly before the scheduled date. It was a great decision—good prices and excellent service. We are very happy, to be honest. Thank you very much. We had a problem with one of the air conditioners almost a year later. I wanted to mention that the response was immediate, and it was inspected and repaired on the first business day. Both the installation and after-sales service were spectacular and 100% satisfactory. I have nothing but praise for dkclima and the service we received. Thank you again.
Excellent responsiveness and great professionalism! After an initial visit to report a problem with my old appliance, Gabriel gave me excellent advice, explaining the different options. He was so professional that I didn't hesitate to entrust him with the installation of a new appliance, and I'm not sorry at all. The work was done very well, and I know I can count on them for any problems that may arise in the future.
Spectacular customer service. Very quick to respond via WhatsApp. Same-day quote. I had a simple installation done and they finished it in one morning, plus they explained everything I needed to know. Very satisfied with the work!
Quick and fair quote to replace two very old splits. The guys who did the installation were super nice and respectful, everything completed properly and quickly!
Job nicely executed, fast and with attention to detail.
