We replaced our ducted air conditioning system. The old unit was very old, so we replaced it with a new one; the pre-installation was already done. We got several quotes, and I think we made the right choice with this company. We consulted with them beforehand and installed a 10,000 BTU Baxi unit. It's clear they know what they're doing; they're professional and meticulous. Three people were on site all day (the job required it), and everything went very well. It all looks like nothing was changed, but with a new and better unit. I recommend them over larger chains, which sometimes have less motivated and less qualified staff.
