this company has sadly gone downhill. it's been three weeks since we informed of a problem of communication between a thermostat and the boiler. We have two thermostats, and the company had come before to reset them, so the company suggested we replace them both--this would cost hundreds of euro x 2. I asked for them to please visit to ensure whether the problem was indeed the thermostats--one or both of them. They basically refused without being explicit about it. Our tenants sent in the model of the thermostat, and then we never heard from them again. *There were instances in the past where we were told to make repairis that the same company had made just months prior, so my confidence is lost

Impressive work done to service the AC units in my apartment. They gave credible assessment of the possible causes of the AC not cooling sufficiently. A big plus is - the serviceman Angel spoke English well and I was able to fully describe what I need done. The price was reasonable. It was also easily to correspond with them on WhatsApp. Highly recommend them. They were also recommended by my relocation company.
