It's been around 7 months since the project was completed and we have to say how incredibly content we are with the work ESVA did to help us transform our old kitchen (images with white marble worktop). At every stage Joan, Carol, Luisa, Sebas and their team always gave helpful friendly advice and were quick to respond to communications. The contractors they used for all the different aspects of the job e.g tiling, electric, plumbing, carpentry etc. were all hard working, and serious professionals. They did their work to high standard, they stuck to the schedules and didn't complain if we asked to make any modifications or corrections. Congratulations ESVA this was a fantastic job, and if we ever need your services again we'll be sure to get in touch.
A mixed experience but with a happy outcome. The man who came to fit the silestone was terrible, made a huge mess, extremely rude, and he damaged the new floor tiles. However the owner was extremely apologetic and resolved the issue very fast, came personally to see the damage and compensated me quickly, this was very much appreciated. I think they are a good and honest business and I just had bad luck with the person who came to do the work. I believe he no longer works with them.
