4 years ago they renovated the kitchen and we were satisfied; we decided to renovate the bathroom and we counted on them again. The person who took us from the Consell de Cent store the project was a total failure. After all the money spent and all the problems that arose during the renovation, we have a toilet that does not heat up until after an hour, at least, thanks to a radiator-towel rack, ... just an example of the terrible advice we received. The towel rack, which as customers they did not charge us (now I understand the "gift") and without warranty is not at all practical or efficient and when explaining the problem they ignore everything and suggest we replace it, without taking into account the marks it will leave on the wall. What a shame that these people make us lose confidence in a company that had worked so well for us.
