Highly irresponsive. They promised our documents to be ready in a month or two, but we waited full 5 month for them to be finished. During this period instead of communicating clearly that it is delayed, they didn't respond to our emails and calls forcing us to go to their office and make complains which they ignored. After 1 year after the deal, we had issues with community fees debts demanded by building administer company from us, while we were informed that we are not responsible for that during the deal. We asked Jaime for help via email which they also ignored forcing us to contact other people that were not quite responsible for this part of the deal and help us resolve the issue. QUE PASA? Terrible choice. Never again.
