Iván's professionalism is only reflected in his price! And I assure you, he's not cheap. I hired him to paint and lacquer my bedroom furniture. He gave me two quotes, and I went with the more expensive one because he said it would look better. He scheduled me for February 9th after I paid €100 upfront. Two days later, he called to say he'd start on January 28th and would come to collect 50% of the quote. He came on the 28th, 29th, and 30th for a short time in the morning, and with the house a complete mess (furniture disassembled, etc.), he told me he wouldn't be back until Wednesday. On Wednesday, he called saying he wouldn't be back until Monday because he was at the hospital with his wife, who was having contractions, while I was still sleeping on the floor. On Monday the 9th, he showed up at my house with his wife, who almost always accompanies him (if she'd been having contractions for a week, I thought she'd have had the baby by now). The job finished on Wednesday, and that's when the problems started. Some drawers didn't fit, and according to Iván, it was because the furniture was old, even though he had seen it before starting. He even made me open one of the drawers. We told him we would call a carpenter to fix the drawers. Before saying goodbye and getting paid, he told my husband that everything was perfect, that he just had to remove the cardboard from the floor because the furniture wasn't dry yet. I've attached photos of the mistakes (a professional doesn't do a job like this). Because I left a bad review for Lacados Barcelona at Paseo Fabra i Puig 225, which is a lingerie shop, he threatened me and blocked me. He can't be reached at that address either, since Paseo Valldaura, 178 is a storage unit. In the end, the furniture lacquering cost me a fortune because, in addition to the carpenter, I had to hire a painter to fix all the damage. They say he's been fired, and a month ago a review by Carlos López came out and mentioned Iván.

Very bad. Today Iván contacted us and threatened to sue my wife for her review of the poor workmanship, then blocked her. From what I read in another review, this isn't the first time he's threatened to sue. According to him, everyone makes mistakes and there are only two things wrong, so I'm attaching more photos of all the defects, and there are more than just two.
