unfriendly and overpriced. Had to pay 50 euros extraa for him to put Tape a as a seal to the next room which can be seen in the picture. The tecnician forgot the Tape and is is normal 2 euro Tape and it wasnt even empty after. My roomates later payed 140. The only good Thing is that I had no further stitches (just like my room are for cheaper) so they are competwnt just unfriendly and overpriced.. Further verry impolite I do not speak spanisch and He always shouted and answered in spanisch even on the phone I had to ask him multiple Times to text instead of voice messages because it is easyer to translate. 413 Euro for a bedroom twithout cloth in it is far overpriced

After some friends came over in summer, we've found bedbugs in some of the bedrooms of our flat. After contacting a lot of companies, we decided to go with Xterplagas. They came the next day to checked out everything. They explanation about bedbugs, preparation before fumigation, fumigation, the cleaning afterwards was very precise, helpful and reassuring. Price was the best offered from all companies and now, 2 months after we found them, we're still free of bedbugs. Thanks a lot to Xterplagas!
