They came to unclog the drain, and even though I told them the water level in the drain was always lower, they literally told me not to worry. They said if anything happened, they'd come back the next day and flush it again. That didn't happen because they were very busy (which I understand). They came back two days later, and even though I told them I'd spent the whole weekend vacuuming the drain, they checked it with a camera (they were reluctant, but my partner pointed it out) and left without flushing or trying to remove the stones as they'd said. By the way, no matter how much a customer might complain, as you mentioned to my partner, it's completely inappropriate. 450 euros down the drain! Thanks for your help. And no, it's not a fake review. I have a work order. It wasn't Christmas. Boxing Day, yes, but not Christmas... night? 8:00 PM, but count it as night. Problem with the pipe? Maybe, but you left saying that was fine when I told you that it wasn't the level I was normally used to seeing….
