Nothing against this company as they do have good apartments with good prices . Just some staff here is really not into customer needs , doesn’t pay attention to customer service. I sent 3 apartments to one staff , I’m told that 2 of them need to be renovated, 1 is sold. Later he sent me another 3 apartments, and 1 of them is I sent him before which is sold or need renovation according to him . That’s so interesting lol . Next day I call this office to ask another apartment, I was told that they will add my WhatsApp , by now no one has contacted me at all. Apparently they are not lack of customers:)
So have been looking around for apartments etc, and there is Florencia R. very good and helpful. Always happy always supportive. In my experience she is very good with customers and keeps looking for the amazing pisos!
