Dealing with a Real Estate agency as distinguished as Coldwell Banker takes much of the anxiety out of buying a property in Spain. Camille Gros, our agent, was energetic and intelligent in showing us properties of interest. She found exactly the sort of houses we wanted, and quickly arranged visits with the sellers, showing great common sense throughout the process of finding and choosing our new home. I might add that we know Spain well, and had been searching for 3 years, with many agencies and many agents, so I don't bestow this praise lightly. She was also unfailingly efficient during the purchase process, which can be problematic in Spain.
