I chose INSPIRE because they were recommended by a friend of a friend who described them as efficient, they were very happy with their services. I had been looking to buy a flat for a while before this recommendation and I wasn´t brave enough to make an offer on a flat and go ahead with signing a reservation contract without the help of someone I trusted. You soon realise on your search that you have to be very careful for all sorts of reasons and having to do it in another language makes it even more challenging. Finding a professional that you trust is not easy either. In fact, none of my other friends who had bought flats recommended the professionals they had gone with. One of the other many difficulties of buying in Barcelona is that flats sell like hot cakes and you need to act quickly. INSPIRE certainly do that, and they are also by your side every step of the way, which makes the process much less stressful. They will advise you on your choice of property and the whole process of buying. On top of that, they are very nice, warm people, which is what you want when you are about to make a life changing purchase. I am very grateful to them and would recommend them in a heartbeat.
