WORST I have ever dealt with in my 15 years renting. Told me repeatedly that it is their "STANDARD POLICY" to take HALF THE DEPOSIT after leaving. They do this by claiming you've overspent on utilities and damaged the apartment, however they have no proof to substantiate these claims. When reviewing the bills and showing photographic proof that the apartment was not damaged, they still refuse to return the deposit. One member of staff actually SCREAMED at me. Overall, it was abusive experience. Would be better to rent from idealista or ShBarcelona.
Mon précédent avis a été supprimé ! Je le remettrai autant de fois qu’il faudra ! Agence très très limité. Frais de dossier exorbitants . Le pire étant qu’on vous force à laisser un avis à l’entrée (agent très très pressant) puis plus rien dès qu’il y a un problème c’est silence radio. Évidemment ne vous attendez pas à récupérer votre caution avec les excuses les plus farfelues mais surtout aucun justificatif. À fuir. Ne regardez pas les avis positif, ils sont écrits lors de l’entrée dans l’appartement
On vous force à laisser un avis juste avant la prise de l’appartement, comportement étrange je vous l’accorde , on se rend compte pourquoi cette agence a une si bonne note, ils vous font payer des frais de dossier exorbitant et trouve toutes les excuses du monde pour ne pas remboursement la caution.

Top! Encontramos piso rapidísimo con Loca, la disponibilidad que tienen es muy buena y en cuanto a agencia funciona perfectamente! Sobretodo agradecer a Lili, que fue quien nos llevó durante el proceso y nos lo facilitó todo un montón!<br>Lo recomiendo un montón, a nosotros nos salvó de un apuro y de todo el jaleo que conlleva buscar piso en Barcelona.

After a prior visit to Barcelona we knew Poble Sec was where we wanted to stay for a chill, but authentic Barcelona experience. We were contacted ahead of time with check-in information and Ernesto met us at the apartment on time and prepared with suggestions tailored to what we wanted out of this trip. We appreciated his kindness, attentiveness and hospitality. We would 100% stay here again.
