My experience with Urbane International has been fantastic from the first day I reached out about the Badalona property until now. Most of my journey has been with Katya, who has been professional, patient, and genuinely caring throughout. She handled everything from viewings to contracts with full transparency. I also met Iain during the walkthrough, a true gentleman who made sure everything was clear and smooth. Recently, Barbara has been helping me with the setup phase, including water, electricity, and soon the locks, internet, and furniture. She’s been just as proactive and kind. Buying abroad can feel stressful, but Urbane made it simple and enjoyable. They really care about their clients and guide you every step of the way.

I have only had Unbane Property Management for a couple of months and have had multiple issues with my building and understanding board meetings as well as needing to have things delivered and handymen.
