Агент очень внимательно подошел к подготовке объекта и проверке всех документов, не упустив ни одной мелочи. Очень важны были советы Кати. На каждом этапе я понимал, что происходит, какие шаги следующие, всё было организовано очень хорошо. Приятно иметь дело с людьми, которые действительно слышат клиента и знают свое дело. Однозначно рекомендую!

If you need to rent a short-term apartment in Barcelona, stay far away from this company!! They advertise and rent apartments that belong to third parties, and once they’ve taken your money, they suddenly claim they still need the owner’s authorization to hand over the keys!!!<br><br>Poor communication, arrogant attitude, constant lies, and they hide behind “Spanish rules” that simply do not exist!!!<br><br>Si necesitan alquilar un apartamento de corta estancia en Barcelona, ¡manténganse muy lejos de esta empresa! Anuncian y alquilan apartamentos que pertenecen a terceros y, una vez que ya han cobrado tu dinero, de repente dicen que todavía necesitan la autorización del propietario para entregarte las llaves!!!<br><br>Mala comunicación, actitud arrogante, mentiras constantes y además intentan justificarse con “normas españolas” que simplemente no existen.

The two people who run the business are insightful about the local market, and their predictions and guidance over the past year have been more accurate and helpful than those of others.  As sales agents and property managers (with a responsive team led by Barbara) they’ve always given prompt and genial service. They seem to always want to innovate, which is great. I don’t like giving recommendations, but this review is the nearest I’ve been to one.

My relationship with Urbane International started about 18 months ago when me and my husband who reside in the United States decided to buy a second home in Barcelona. I did some online research and came across Urbane and have had nothing but a great experience with Katya and her team or real estate professionals. From the beginning search of properties, navigating setting up a NIE and buying a property in Spain, to coordinating with a designer for furniture, to the final deed signing and even with post-sales help--I could not recommend Katya and Urbane more highly! Their entire team is honest, highly qualified and experienced. The whole process is quite complex for a foreigner and she put our minds at ease during the whole process even with delays and setbacks along the way since our home was a new build. We could not be any happier with the home we purchased! We plan to use Urbane for their property management services to help care for our home while we are not here.

My husband and I just bought an apartment in Barcelona (right in the Gaixample area) and we couldn't be happier.<br><br>Since it was our first time buying property internationally, we were pretty intimidated, but Katya made the whole process incredibly seamless. She walked us through literally everything - getting our NIEs, sorting out the mortgage, and setting up property management.<br><br>What I really loved about working with Katya is that there’s zero pressure. She never tried to upsell us and genuinely just wanted to make sure we found a place that fit us. She even connected us up with a fantastic interior designer and a bank for our mortgage.<br><br>We're currently in the post-sales phase, and Barbara from her team has been fantastic and super responsive. If you're looking for an expert to take care of you in Barcelona, I can't recommend Katya enough!

My experience with Urbane International has been fantastic from the first day I reached out about the Badalona property until now.<br><br>Most of my journey has been with Katya, who has been professional, patient, and genuinely caring throughout. She handled everything from viewings to contracts with full transparency. I also met Iain during the walkthrough, a true gentleman who made sure everything was clear and smooth.<br><br>Recently, Barbara has been helping me with the setup phase, including water, electricity, and soon the locks, internet, and furniture. She’s been just as proactive and kind.<br><br>Buying abroad can feel stressful, but Urbane made it simple and enjoyable. They really care about their clients and guide you every step of the way.
