Professionalism and clean work
Very good! I am writing this review because it is the only way to give my voice and let people know who Mr. Ricard is. I contacted him to provide plumbing services, basically to solve a blockage in the kitchen. Ricard referred me to another guy, and this other guy referred me to another. The availability was immediate, though. The guy comes to my house and gets to work... in a matter of 1 hour the guy tells me that he cannot solve it, what's more he tells me that a tank will have to come to unblock the general pipe, oh my... an ATTIC, that's all.. that's the summary, they don't even write me a report or anything. A whopping 30€ for transport, they didn't charge for the service, nothing more than a swindler. The problem comes when I turn on the kitchen water tap again and to my surprise the water if before it was falling down the drain little by little now nothing was falling, it was stuck, conclusion the guy had left me worse the matter and not only that, he was incapable of telling me. At that moment I called Ricard to tell him to please do the favor of sending the operator home to at least leave it as it was before, that at least it was functional. His answer was: There is no solution, this has to come a tub, on repeated occasions I wanted to show the seriousness of the problem, that no, that they would not come to my house that this would not solve it. I have spoken to a professional from the farm and without a doubt he confirmed to me that these people are incompetent and that they did not have the material or the tools to be able to cover the service. On the other hand, he took the argument in full force of coming to a vat, to an attic? please! in a low let's talk about the matter... in short he didn't lift a finger to come and see in person and give a more professional version. My helplessness at that moment was very great. I don't recommend anyone to live this experience, 0 recommendable
In our building, we've had problems with one of the penthouses causing leaks in the apartment below. We found a roofing repair company. They lifted the drain area and located the tear in the membrane. They were quick, and the neighbor whose apartment they worked on said they were very polite and clean.
