Disappointing experience with 1KOMMA5°. Before signing, their rep Sergio inspected our roof and, along with their salesman Román, promised us that an "expert team" would handle the installation and that anything damaged would be fixed. What actually happened: their installers broke slates, glued pieces back instead of using proper hooks, and even hammered nails straight through tiles and made even more holes. This left our roof with holes, loose pieces, and visible gaps. Inside, they left holes in the ceiling, covered them with rough plaster, and walked away. Several months we chased them with emails, WhatsApps, and calls to fix the damage. Appointments were missed, promises repeated, and every "repair" only made things worse. Rainwater came in, slates kept sliding off, and the damage grew. In the end, their operations manager Mateo simply emailed us to say that our roof wasn’t new anyway, we can’t expected them to fix the damage and the case was "closed." The truth is simple: they wanted to close the deal, promised expertise and responsibility, but delivered excuses and botched work. I wouldn’t recommend this company if you have slate tiles on your roof. even if you do not, if there is any issue they can not be trusted to fix it.

We received the recommendation from a neighbor and, so far it’s been one of the best experiences we’ve had with a project like this. We got the installation just two days ago, everything super adjusted and super happy with their professionalism and support.
