ESR Solar

Upon arrival, the installation was redesigned to best suit my needs as a client. Throughout the project, I observed that the team is very hardworking and well-coordinated. I enjoyed watching them work; they explained the entire operation of the installation very clearly. I imagine any company would be lucky to have these guys on their team. I recommend them 100%. So far, so good overall. In terms of efficiency, a 10 out of 10: I spoke with the salesperson on Wednesday, they delivered the panels on Thursday, and installed them on Friday. The team is number one in Madrid; the installers are fantastic—all three were clean, organized, and very professional, always respecting safety measures—another 10 out of 10. The salesperson is the one who did the worst job, and although he was very honest, polite, and informed me about absolutely everything, the one I'm going to complain to (as you told me) is him, since he's the one selling the product, but he gets another 10 out of 10.

Just installed ESR solar panels- guys, Bogdan, Gustav and Joao- fantastic. Careful, helpful and understanding of all the annoying questions we had about the new installation. Recommend them to anyone wanted solar panels.

Excellent work. Very professional and the finish is superb. The guys arrived right on time and involved us in the decision-making process (battery placement and the best spots for drilling the holes). In short, if there were a world championship for solar panel installers, these guys would be number one. They are Joao, Gustavo, and Bogdan. Thank you so much for everything.

First they lied and told me all the panels would sit on my primary roof, came and drilled all my tiles without asking and put panels at eye’s view. That was June 25. They ran plastic ducts to my electrical panel, like it was in a garage, they used grinders to cut the aluminium channels leaving sharp edges everywhere and cables are visible under all panels. For the past month, one of my electrical circuit keeps popping. Called my electrician and he said ESR installed their circuit breakers and tied-in improperly. 2 days on the phone and they are not responding. As a 57 year old engineer, I would recommend using someone else. These guys are not competent, do whatever they want post their sales pitch and support is non existent. I am really sorry I decided to go with ESR.
