We installed panels, batteries and a car charger with SolarTradex. Good communication from the start, took care of everything. In particular, Oscar our installer was fantastic. He answered all our questions, showed us how everything works and when we had an issue with the charger not identifying the car he solved it remotely in a couple of minutes. Really pleased with it all!
We trusted Solartradex to install photovoltaics at home. The whole process has been impeccable, from the advice, the budget, the installation and they even manage the paperwork with the city council. They did it a while ago and it works perfectly. It's nice to find an honest and professional company.
A disaster. Everything was fine until the first payment. They installed the panels in October, but they weren't operational until December, after I called them. They said they were monitoring the installations, and in mid-January I called because the production seemed very low. A week later they updated the system, and then it improved. I told them that I wanted to expand with batteries in the future and that I wanted an open system, but I find out I can only install Huawei batteries. I wanted a system with backup, and after I had paid the first installment and signed the contract, they tell me I'll have it when I install the batteries since I can't use Huawei backups... I spoke with the sales manager, Jesús, a month ago, and he said he doubted they could help me but that he would look into it and call me back. I'm still waiting. And lastly, I received a bill from the city council for the installation fees... And there are a few other issues. Not recommended at all and very frustrating!!! The most expensive and least responsible.
Excellent! They were very clear right from the start. Their online platform is very clear and very useful to monitor the progress of the project. They have been very informative in conversations to tailor the installation to my particular needs. They are very efficient execution of the works. I'd contract them again without hesitation!
Very professional service. Their tool to keep track of the whole installation process is very helpful. Also they take care of all the bureaucracy necessary. Totally recommended!
