Our pet cat had been missing for two days, and we finally located it up a tree over 9 meters high, scared, starving, and exhausted. It was impossible to climb down itself or rescue it ourselves due to the great height at which it was located. After many efforts with all kinds of institutions, firefighters, local police, and tree-pruning companies, no one wanted to take charge of the rescue, nor did they care about the animal's health. No one except Joan, an employee of Urban Forest, who empathized with the problem and the animal's well-being from the very beginning and immediately responded to the rescue. He worked with the utmost professionalism and always looked out for ways to ensure the cat was safe. Excellent and humane service.
