Very bad experience. They came to fix a sliding window lock (which was broken) and left without replacing it; they just did a temporary fix. They didn't even spend 10 minutes on that shoddy repair and charged me €45. I only found out they hadn't replaced the broken part shortly after, when I had to hire other technicians to fix the same problem with the lock. I don't recommend them.
