Very satisfied with the service, especially the speed and excellent customer service from technician Juan Carlos. I sent a WhatsApp message at 9:00 AM when they opened, and I was lucky that, since the warehouse is close to my house and they were available, my washing machine was being checked within half an hour, and they replaced the part on the spot. I highly recommend them.

Choosing the company and Alex, the technician, was a great decision. He was very punctual both times we arranged to meet with him, arriving right on time, and very professional! A great guy and top-notch work! I highly recommend him (like the warmth that greeted us on our way home :)!). Thank you!

I'm writing to thank the two technicians who came to repair my dishwasher for their attention and kindness. They are Nacho and José, two excellent technicians. It's a pleasure to find technicians like them.

I'm very happy with Servimad's service (José and Nacho). They fixed my dishwasher immediately after seeing it and even came the day after I called. In contrast, on December 30th, I called a company that advertised itself as an AEG technical service. Someone came and said it was the circuit board, that they would come back with the board (it wasn't the board), and that they would return with the board. I've called the operator four times, left a note for the technician four times, and still no one knows anything about it.

Francisco Javier Álvarez was super friendly and explained the problems with our Siemens microwave in detail. He got us the necessary part to replace the motor, and in just two days we had it working perfectly. He was very professional and attentive at all times. It's a pleasure to meet such honest and helpful people. He also showed us the actual price of the part and even gave us some tips about the refrigerator we weren't aware of. Highly recommended, a 10/10 service! 👏
