The service was very good, fast, and efficient, with excellent customer service. The repair cost seemed a bit high to me; I suppose it's within the expected range, but since I didn't get other quotes, I can't compare. That's the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars.

Balay dishwasher repair. Very fast service. They showed up at my house three hours after I called. They didn't have the part that needed replacing in the dishwasher, but it was fixed the next day. I can't say if it's expensive or cheap, because in the end, it took a little over an hour over the two days, and I don't have a comparison. But it was fixed quickly, and that's what I wanted. I also want to thank the technician for giving me some advice on which tablets are best to use. I hope it won't be long before I have a breakdown on any other appliance, but if it happens, I'll call them again.
Very expensive for the technician they sent who didn't have to replace any parts, but simply unscrew and re-screw the washing machine's water inlet connection. This took no more than 10 minutes from the time the technician arrived until he left, even though the invoice stated they were there between 12 and 1 PM… The sole purpose of this comment is to share my personal opinion about the price of the service provided so that other potential customers can get an idea of what they might be charged for this type of work. The quality of the service itself was good, and the technician who performed the work was friendly and efficient. By the way, I wasn't shown the invoice, nor did I sign it, until the service was completed. I accepted the estimate after being verbally informed of it, without any explanation that the price did NOT include VAT (which the person I spoke to on the phone to request a technician also failed to mention). Therefore, the final price was higher than anticipated.
