⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We have been trusting Arquitalia – Interior Architecture Studio for over ten years, and this was the second complete renovation we've done with them. Once again, they have proven to be exceptional professionals: they stayed within budget, met the agreed deadlines, and the quality of their work was impeccable. Communication was always quick and smooth, and during the construction they worked with minimal noise and great respect for the neighbors. Unfortunately, my experience with this company has been terrible. What was supposed to be a high-quality, comprehensive renovation turned out to be a catalog of technical errors and a lack of professionalism. The finishes are, in general, mediocre: the bathroom baseboards are already falling off, the electrical outlets are sticking out, the toilet seat isn't properly secured, and the shower tiling is poorly done. Furthermore, they made aesthetic decisions without consulting me, such as laying the flooring diagonally, putting the router inside the master bedroom closet, and the window trims are very bad. Structurally, the work leaves much to be desired: crooked walls and a complete lack of coordination with the carpentry team. Pictures are on the walls inside closets or storage rooms with exposed wiring. To top it all off, the paint job is a disaster, with patches and areas left unpainted. The worst part is the lack of customer service: once they've paid, they ignore messages and offer no solutions. A very shoddy job that I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Choosing this studio for our complete home renovation was a total success. We found them almost by chance, and after considering several options, we chose them because of the peace of mind and professionalism they conveyed from the very beginning. What we appreciate most is Jorge and Patricia's approach. They were by our side every step of the way, providing personalized attention and a friendly touch that is so welcome in such a large project. They answer any questions with great patience and care, treating our house as if it were their own. Furthermore, their guidance in selecting materials was essential. They didn't just offer options; they guided us, providing advice based on their expertise and experience. Thanks to their recommendations, we chose high-quality materials that look fantastic and work perfectly in everyday life; they saved us so much trouble. Another key point was their adherence to deadlines. Everyone tells you that renovations take longer than expected, but they were incredibly strict with the schedule and met it flawlessly. We also want to mention Mónica, who was in charge of the kitchen renovation. She did a spectacular job, making the most of every nook and cranny and giving us very practical ideas for everyday use. In this review, I want to congratulate Arquitalia, especially Jorge and Patricia, who led the team that renovated our house. Their first challenge was installing an elevator in a semi-detached house. I must say they exceeded our expectations. The result is beautiful, and most importantly, they finished on time. In six months, a two-day delay is negligible. Jorge and Patricia are true professionals who oversaw the entire project, keeping a close eye on the trades to ensure deadlines and quality. I have nothing but praise for Arquitalia.
