I'm giving one star because it's not possible to leave a blank review. My experience with this company has been very negative. I received a broken sink on the day of delivery, which, in my opinion, was due to clearly insufficient packaging for such a fragile product. The issue was immediately reported to both the shipping company and the seller, and I provided photographs of the damage. The shipping company itself confirmed that they had informed the seller that same day. Despite reporting the problem immediately, providing evidence, and requesting a reasonable solution, the company has refused to replace the product or refund the purchase price. At no point have they taken responsibility for the condition in which the item arrived. I would not recommend buying from this company based on how they handled this issue.
After having our bathroom renovated by this company, and thanks to the excellent work Alfonso did, answering all my questions and explaining the work involved, as well as the cost of the project transparently, we can say that we are very happy with them and will definitely use this company for future renovations. Excellent professionals, both in the execution of the work and in their advice. They finished the job in a couple of days. They replaced my mother's bathtub years ago, and I didn't hesitate to call them again to replace mine as well.
Yes, they install the shower tray in 24 hours, but if you need anything else like I did (a shower chair for reduced mobility, a grab bar, and a support bar next to the toilet), they didn't give me any delivery times, and then a week later I had to go out and buy them myself. Even if you say, "My colleague offered...", he pushed to start the work, never giving me a date. I just kept asking, kept complaining, and only when I told them I'd already bought the materials myself, miraculously, did the salesperson tell me they'd arrived. What a coincidence! Not to mention how they left the left corner untiled, and there was another one, and I had to complain. I'm very sorry, but there's little professionalism and even less sincerity.
Everything was perfect. I placed the order by phone, they came on schedule, gave me a quote quickly, and were completely punctual with the day, time, and deadline for completing the work. My tenant was delighted; they were very professional, reliable, quick, and clean while replacing the bathtub with a shower tray.
