The service has been excellent from day one. From their initial visit to conduct the necessary tests and provide assistance, to the architect's visit to collect samples and everything else, everything was perfect. Álvaro Pozo, who carried out the treatments in our home, was delightful. He was incredibly professional and worked tirelessly all day, achieving excellent results. So far, the results are as expected, and we're just waiting for the treatments to dry so we can say goodbye to dampness for good. Choosing Murprotec was the right decision.

Álvaro Pozo's work was impeccable. I couldn't be there in person, but he made everything as easy as possible so I could relax and not have to worry about a thing. One of the work areas was a bathroom, and he put all the fixtures back in their place in perfect order. The work was flawless, and he left everything tidy and spotless. He even alerted me to a potential problem I had at home, sending me photos so I could see and check it. As I said before, he was a ten out of ten. A true professional.

We are extremely dissatisfied and furious with the result. We contacted Murprotec in November 2021 to eliminate a damp problem in a house located in Barchín del Hoyo, a town in the province of Cuenca. Initially, the entire process was very detailed and flawless. The contract was formalized (€7,800), and the subsequent treatment was carried out. Everything seemed very professional, but after the treatment was completed, Murprotec left the finishing work to a bricklayer we had to hire separately to plaster the wall. And that's the catch: when any problems arose, Murprotec blamed the bricklayer, claiming he hadn't done his job properly. They told us the treatment was correct, but the finishing work wasn't (even though the bricklayer had no connection to Murprotec and only finished the wall). The proof is in the pudding: you can see the photos of the dismal result four years later. Of course, there's no other option but to keep paying the installments for a treatment that hasn't worked and for which they refuse to take responsibility. Don't hire them. You'll be better off in the long run.
