Cumplieron plazos, presupuesto y expectativas.

It's unbelievable! I went to get a quote, and before I knew it, I'd already signed the contract, the bank had charged me the first installment, and the damp-proofing device they install was finally put in two months later. I spoke to the salesperson and the woman who tells you where to put the device, and I disagreed, but it was like talking to a brick wall. They installed the device, and now if it doesn't work, who do I complain to? Basically, I have a loan I can't pay back and a device I don't even know if it works. And on top of that, they don't call me to ask about it or anything. These days, when I call the company to get someone to talk to me or clarify something, they tell me they'll call me back, but nobody ever does. In short, they've done whatever they wanted and completely ignored the customer.

A very positive experience installing a ventilation system to address dampness in my home. I would like to highlight the excellent teamwork and coordination between the architects and the construction team, resulting in an effective solution perfectly suited to the space. Furthermore, care was taken to ensure the intervention was as minimally invasive as possible, seamlessly integrating all the elements (considering it involved installing a ventilation unit and an exhaust duct). While we await the long-term results, the implemented solution inspires confidence and is well-executed both technically and aesthetically.

A year ago, on March 15, 2025, some work was done to eliminate dampness. The workers broke the bathroom tiles because they took the wrong measurements and drilled all the way through the wall. One of them started chipping away in an area where he shouldn't have, leaving me with a hole. They told me they would have to return after a year to carry out some checks. They haven't contacted me and they don't respond to my messages. After a year, the paint where they performed the treatment is still blistering, and in another area, some of the special cement they applied is separating from the wall. I consider them unacceptable; they just want to get their money and that's it.

What a disaster! Everything was going well until the Novanor technician arrived to do the injection work. To begin with, he drilled the holes so badly that they went all the way through the wall, leaving the neighbors' wall in terrible condition (see photos). Obviously, the neighbors were furious when they saw the damage to their wall! But the worst part was that the same technician couldn't locate the downpipe and drilled a hole in it (see photos). We didn't realize it at the time (since it wasn't visible inside the wall). Over time, an ugly stain appeared, which at first we thought was due to the dampness returning. In reality, it was our own urine and feces seeping into our living room wall. A lovely smell indeed! We got the problem fixed and requested a refund for the work since it was due to the Novanor technician's mistake. However, Novanor has completely ignored us, always saying, "We are handling your case"... truly awful service. We have contacted our lawyer to continue with the claim.
