The technician who came to do the job was fantastic! He came directly from Orense and was careful, extremely professional, and efficient. He didn't leave until he had finished completely, making sure everything was done as promised. A truly excellent worker.

My experience couldn't have been better. I already mentioned it in the rising damp treatment phase; now it's time for the second phase: the renovation. The workers who carried it out were truly outstanding, especially Christopher, Alex, and Jose Antonio. They were incredibly punctual and met all deadlines and completion dates; their cleaning was meticulous, and the finishes were truly exceptional. As for James from the sales department, he was a 10 out of 10 (always attentive, providing the necessary information and maintaining absolute control over the progress and results of the work). Very happy. It's completely silent, and we've already noticed an improvement in air quality since day one after installation. Our air quality monitor and the window itself confirm it; there's no more condensation. Excellent service, from the first visit to the end of the project, from Adrián, who was very patient with us during the two previous visits, to Cristofer and the rest of the team. Cristofer, the technician who came, left everything spotless and was very helpful in answering any questions. The unit makes absolutely no noise.

We just had a unit installed that generates air circulation to prevent condensation, along with a treatment for lateral leaks and capillary action. Regarding the unit, it's practically silent, can be placed in less prominent areas of the house, and the installation wasn't too intrusive. We contacted three companies, and Sanysec was the only one that offered us a stable, quick, and clear quote. It was more economical than the others, which, while a plus, made us a little apprehensive about whether we were missing something. But the truth is, the experience has been outstanding. Ramón, the sales representative, was the one who initially assisted us and visited the house as many times as necessary, providing direct, professional, and honest service. Later, Adrián, the engineer, visited the house and spoke with our architect to resolve technical questions we hadn't understood. It gives you the impression that they know what they're doing and aren't just "making empty promises." James is always on top of things and is the person you can always turn to for any questions. He explains things in a thousand different ways to make sure everything is perfectly clear. It's incredibly reassuring to know you have someone you can talk to directly. Finally, Sergio was the installer, and we were pleasantly surprised. He was very professional, clearly knows his stuff, is incredibly clean, and has a friendly demeanor. Overall, our experience has been very satisfactory.
