While they have an extensive catalog, their management is poor and their prices are exorbitant. I contacted them by phone looking for a specific model and was told I had to visit in person. However, when I arrived a few days later, they hadn't done anything to help me; only because an employee remembered a catalog from memory were they able to show me a single option. Even so, I want to emphasize how kind she was. Despite everything, they promised to look for more alternatives and contact me, but I never heard back. Given this lack of customer service, which I now appreciate, I found the same product myself (same brand, model, and reference number). While the price at this store was €140 per roll, I bought it at another store for €40, including profit margin. That's a €100 markup per roll for a medium-quality paper that doesn't justify such an expense. In my case, I saved €500 since I needed five rolls. Some will pay without question, but in the end they lose more than they gain because there are consumers who notice these abuses. I'm disappointed by the service and the attempt to impose such an exorbitant price. I won't be back, nor do I recommend it.
Simply incredible. From the moment you enter, you feel you're in a special place, but when they start showing the wallpapers, you wish you had a million walls to use them all.

They guide you very well and know what you want. I've been to more than seven stores, including El Corte Inglés, and they offer you all the catalogs to browse. Here, they take out and show you what you tell them you want, they advise you and suggest ideas. I was delighted.
