Puertas Camino

We had a door and a window installed in the Sierra de Madrid mountains. Sofía helped us choose the door, and it looks absolutely beautiful. In the end, we all made a great choice. And Luna and the other guys were wonderful; they installed it perfectly and were very detail-oriented. A HUGE THANK YOU to both of them!

It's been almost a year since we hired this company, and the experience has been as frustrating as anyone could imagine. Nearly a year later, they still haven't finished the work and keep giving us the runaround. Doors without hardware or with hardware of different colors, automatic doors that don't work, holes in the doors, terrible workmanship… and yet, they charge you for everything upfront. We feel completely ripped off. Not to mention the humiliating treatment we received from Seve, the owner's son, who is ruining the business. A person with absolutely no morals. Week after week, he keeps stalling, making excuses, and today, as I said, almost a year later, I can say that of the four doors we ordered for a fairly high price, NONE of them are finished, and one of them, an automatic door, doesn't even work. Complaining is useless; it's like hitting a brick wall. I'm once again on the verge of reporting this company for fraud; if they don't come next week as promised, we'll take action. Don't fall for the trap of seeing a carefully curated Instagram account. This is the reality of Puertas Camino and Seve, the person responsible for ruining what his father built.

We've ordered windows from them three times now, for three different apartments, and it's always been a great experience. They provide good quality windows at very good prices, and they've always resolved any problems that have arisen afterward. This time, we also ordered a metal enclosure from them. They gave us excellent advice and did a fantastic job getting exactly what we wanted: from the workers who came to take measurements, to the staff in the store, to the installers, who did an incredible job. We will definitely use them again if we need to!

Hi, I just want to warn everyone so that no one else has the same experience I did with this company that doesn't care about its customers and puts particleboard for outdoor use on a €7000 door. A terrible company. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from Puertas Camino.

I just walked into this showroom and the girls who work in there really need to work on their hospitality. I walked in with a smile and said hi and they barely looked up to greet me. When I asked (in Spanish) if they have any colleagues who can give me some advice or help in English, they just raised their eyebrows and huffed/shrugged and simply answered “no”. They didn’t even attempt to be helpful or find a way to communicate. So I just had to turn around and leave. This is year 2025. If a business can’t find a way to (at least attempt) to communicate with international clients I don’t see them surviving for long… but perhaps I’m wrong.. maybe they’re so busy with projects that they don’t need to put the effort in to speak to new clients. In which case, good for them 🥲
