The professionals who install the lock are good, although it took you more than a month to receive the model I needed. They've left the job unfinished for over a month now and aren't answering my WhatsApp messages. I suppose the lock is good, but it seems the installation staff must be so busy that customer service isn't the best...
The service I received from the official Fichet service center on Donoso Cortes Street (Madrid) was excellent. The technician arrived on time and on the agreed date. While installing the new lock, he explained the problems he encountered and the solutions. Since it was a very old Fichet door, replacing the lock was complicated and took him quite a while. I must highlight the exceptionally friendly service he provided throughout the entire process. 100% recommended service.
