The service is appalling. I requested a quote on May 29th and as of today, July 9th, I'm still waiting. I've sent several emails and called about eight times, and all I get are excuses. I simply can't understand it.

I called them for a quote on a door for a building with multiple apartments. They asked for the door's measurements and a photo, which I sent by email. After two weeks without hearing back, I called them again. They said they would be in touch soon. A week later, I still haven't heard anything, and here I am sharing my experience.
