We want to leave a very positive review after the enclosure they installed for us last week. Despite the challenges presented by the walls and ceilings, which weren't the same size, they did a very professional job and the result is excellent. We are delighted with the finishes and the attention to detail throughout the entire process. The installation team was also very friendly at all times and worked extremely carefully to avoid staining or damaging any area of the house, something we especially appreciate. Without a doubt, this company is highly recommended for its professionalism, customer service, and the quality of its work.

After 3 months I'm still waiting for a quote. I called in mid-August to request an estimate for: 2 pergolas (4x6 and 5x6 meters) 1 exterior staircase and 1 exterior enclosure. Since I didn't get a response, I wrote via WhatsApp (image 1). When they didn't reply, I went to the industrial park and a guy named Jose Ignacio gave me his card and said he would work on the estimate. Since that never happened, I called again at the beginning of September. He said he would look into it and we scheduled an appointment for him to come and measure the enclosure (at my request, I felt this was important for him to prepare the estimate). That was on September 19th. He promised to have an answer within a week, and since then I haven't heard anything. My feeling is that there's no interest in the customer, no proactive customer service, and no interest whatsoever in the sale itself. :(
I've been calling, requesting quotes via WhatsApp, and emailing (more than 25 emails between my partner and me) since mid-July, and I still haven't received a response. I'm contacting them to get a quote for a job, and it seems like they're not interested in selling. Honestly, this is the first time this has ever happened to me with a company.
