My opinion? At first, everything seemed fine, but the result has been the complete opposite. The person in charge (Jefferson) took the wrong measurements, and the work was never carried out. He loaded the window frame and glass, and as he left my home, he explicitly stated, "I'll refund your 400 euros." Eight months have passed since I paid 400 euros into the company's account for work that has not been done. I have been patient and have given them more than enough time. The excuses I've received over the phone—"I don't have the money, I'm waiting for a payment"—are childish. The company has breached the agreement and has wrongfully withheld an amount that is not theirs. I formally request the full and immediate refund of the 400 euros. The payment description must include "refund" for proper record-keeping. I warn you that, should the return not be made voluntarily and within the shortest possible time, I will initiate the relevant legal proceedings, including written complaint, consumer complaint and, if necessary, legal action for breach of contract and misappropriation.

A true professional. We had some questions about how to install the glass, and he guided us perfectly so that it would look spectacular, and it did. I highly recommend him.
