I'm very happy with the results of my home renovation. This is the second time I've chosen them (the first was 14 years ago) and I would hire them again. They have a great team of professionals and pay close attention to quality and finishes. They aren't the cheapest, but they adapt to your budget and the result is fantastic.
We had a complete renovation done by De Lucio and we're thrilled with the result. De Lucio is a guarantee of professionalism and quality. The project management was impeccable and the execution flawless. All of this was accompanied by exceptional customer service. In our case, Víctor was our project manager and he did a fantastic job. The best proof of how satisfied we are is that if we had to do another project, we would definitely choose De Lucio again.
I hired De Lucio Construcciones to renovate a small apartment in Madrid and I couldn't be happier. Víctor, the site manager, was on top of everything: serious, professional, and always with solutions. We had a slight delay with the kitchen plans, which meant we had to pause the work until it was resolved, but everything turned out fine. They keep you informed about the budget at all times, as we had to include several things that weren't in the initial estimate. There weren't many surprises, and the finishes were top-notch. They aren't cheap, but you're guaranteed impeccable, professional work. They help, advise, and find solutions for everything. They work very cleanly, the crews are fantastic, very polite, and they pay attention to every detail. It's a pleasure to find companies like this. 100% recommended.
Working with them has been incredibly easy and straightforward. We couldn't be happier. They provided the highest level of professionalism and support throughout the entire process. We are delighted with the finished project.
They were very professional, they have an excellent team of workers, they communicated with us at all times for every detail, Pilar who managed the work was a delight and a super professional.
