Everything went wonderfully. Our kitchen was in dire need of a makeover, and we requested a quote from this company since we knew them from living near their offices. Then we saw photos of their work, and they have excellent projects, so we decided to give them a try. We were quite unsure about the design, and we told this to the person who came to our house, Jose Luis. He very kindly showed us examples of other projects they had completed, took measurements of our kitchen, and suggested options that might work for us based on the layout, etc. For example, he told us that changing the sink was a good idea, but only to a maximum height. It's clear they know their stuff because we also looked at Ikea and they told us the same thing. Overall, they gave us excellent advice. They gave us the quote and explained that we would choose the materials and that they had several catalogs available. After considering the costs, which was a significant amount and not something to rush into, we decided to sign with them (of the four companies we requested quotes from, they weren't the most expensive or the cheapest, but the impression they gave us during the site visit, quote presentation, etc., was much more professional). We went to the construction site, and they arrived on the proposed start date, so things got off to a good start. The site manager and the sales representative came and reviewed the work to be done. Then the workers arrived and began demolishing everything. We decided to let them manage everything, including the skip, to ensure everything went smoothly. We had to choose the cabinets; we liked some white ones. There were different thicknesses available for the countertop; we liked a very thin one because of its design, but they recommended a slightly thicker one to prevent it from cracking in case of a hard fall. We really appreciate that kind of advice based on experience, as we're sure it could have been a problem later on. The project was completed on time. The kitchen renovation turned out wonderfully, everything is beautiful, and the cleaning was impeccable. Payments were made in installments according to the progress of the work; we had to sign everything, as well as any budget increases we requested. Overall, we are very satisfied with Reiteman; our kitchen renovation went perfectly, and we highly recommend them.

We undertook a complete renovation of a large apartment belonging to a relative who lives abroad, so we needed a company we could fully trust to handle everything. From the very beginning, our experience with Reiteman has been very positive. The renovation was comprehensive: all the pipes and plumbing were replaced, the electrical wiring was updated, the bathrooms and kitchen were renovated, windows and flooring were replaced, and masonry work was carried out throughout the entire apartment. Everything was done in an orderly, clean, and well-planned manner, which is especially important for a project of this size. The materials used are of good quality, without unnecessary frills, but solid and durable, and well within the agreed budget. It's clear they prioritize a well-built and functional apartment over simply selling "showcase" finishes. Both the plumbing and electrical installations were properly installed and inspected. We especially want to highlight the peace of mind their working method provides: everything is explained and signed before starting, with clear budgets and no surprises. The sales representative was clear, approachable, and answered all our questions from the beginning, helping us make practical decisions. During the construction, the site manager closely monitored all the work, coordinating the different trades and keeping us informed of the progress, which was crucial considering the owner couldn't be present. In short, a serious, transparent, and highly professional company that knows how to manage large, comprehensive renovations and inspires confidence even when you can't be on-site. We are very satisfied with the result and wouldn't hesitate to work with them again or recommend them.

They did a beautiful job replacing a bathroom ceiling.

In 2021, a Reiteman architect or representative showed up at my first apartment to make a budget per my request. Later, a crew of two subcontractors with a semi-onsite supervisor carries out the work on behalf of Reiteman. During the remodeling job, only one worker was doing the majority of the work, while the other subcontractor mostly helped with cleanup and provided additional assistance when needed. The supervisor was always polite to me and supported the two subcontractors whenever on-site. Some details were only noticeable after the project was completed, which is not uncommon for inexperienced subcontractors who may overextend themselves. I want to acknowledge the hard work and dedication of the two young men who renovated my first apartment. It is important to note that the young subcontractors had other assignments in progress simultaneously, worked long hours, and had families to care for; these factors impacted the final quality and durability of the finished product. Overlooked details: "New" walls poorly smoothed with old walls Poor paint quality Floor was poorly sealed after sanding Uneven baseboard with randomized nail patterns The bathtub vent is not sealed My experience with Reiteman Company, which puts you in contact with subcontractors, was moderate. The work is mostly beautiful, but the professionalism was semi-lacking. Looking back, I wish I had saved more money and waited to work with a different company that hires detail-oriented professionals instead of hiring young men rushed from job to job.
