Since I started renting out apartments for vacation rentals, I've always relied on Clean & Iron Madrid, and that was several years ago. They are fantastic and very professional, both in cleaning and check-in. The apartment is always spotless, and the cleaning reviews on Airbnb are very positive. 100% recommended.
Bad experience. The cleaning was barely adequate, and on top of that, they broke a bathroom window. Since the bill was less than the deductible on their insurance, they won't pay for it or fix it. They even had the nerve to tell me it was their word against mine and that at every cleaning service, people try to deceive them by saying they've broken something... If you're getting so many negative reviews from your clients, there must be a reason. I don't deceive anyone; if I had broken something, I would have gotten it fixed with my insurance, that's what it's for. For 120 euros... How cheap! NOT RECOMMENDED
