I couldn't be happier with the experience of having my kitchen designed by Arty. The result is stunning, and the process was incredibly easy and convenient. We had to postpone the installation due to construction delays, and we were very particular about every detail (even the appliances), but their service was incredibly friendly and they were always available. I especially want to thank Beatriz for her work. You rarely come across such professional people, and it's truly admirable and commendable. Thank you so much for always being available and for designing my dream kitchen with such care :) I also want to thank the installers, especially Jesús. We hope you get well soon; sending you a big hug. Santos kitchens aren't the cheapest on the market, but before choosing them, we compared them with other quotes, and the difference is small and more than justified. Furthermore, the service Arty provides throughout the entire design, installation, and after-sales process is outstanding, which is crucial for a project like this. All the minor issues that arose after assembly were quickly resolved at home. I highly recommend them! Happy holidays to the whole team!

I went to visit them in mid-September to get a quote, and to this day, more than two months later, I still haven't received it. After numerous calls and repeated follow-up, it took them a month and a half to send me an initial, incomplete quote. After more calls and emails, they still haven't sent me the final quote. The service has been terrible: constant excuses, delays, and then they don't deliver. I find it a complete lack of professionalism and respect for the customer. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone who doesn't want to waste their time.

A 100% recommended experience from the very first moment. Víctor is a top-notch professional, both in the design and in advising us when defining the kitchen we wanted. Rebeca was excellent with the measurements and managing the installation timeline. The installers couldn't have been better. Choosing them for our kitchen was absolutely the right decision.

Every time we asked Beatriz for help and advice, she attended to us with great dedication. She drew up the plans with a lot of experience and a real eye for detail. We are very grateful. The kitchen installation was superb.

I remodeled my entire kitchen and now I get incredibly stressed every time I cook. It's because the porcelain is cracking in the center of the induction hob. It's a blatant rip-off. From the moment I contacted them, they repeatedly asked me to confirm that my hob was made entirely of porcelain. Since the price was over €3,800, I naturally assumed it was a single piece, but after installation, I discovered it was two pieces connected together. It was truly shocking and upsetting. Furthermore, the seams aren't properly joined, so the gaps are cracked, as shown in the photo, causing the porcelain to shift. Is this type of construction worth more than €20,000? One of the areas where it's stuck is somewhat tolerable, but the area I use for cooking, the induction zone, is causing me a lot of problems. Most importantly, I checked everything several times before signing the contract. Please don't deny this fact. For me, the porcelain was absolutely essential.
