Reforcam Kitchen & Bathroom Renovations Madrid

In November 2025, we renovated one of the bathrooms in our house. It's a large bathroom that we completely remodeled. Reforcam was very punctual with deadlines, schedules, and orders. They even finished ahead of schedule, and the bathroom looks spectacular. However, there were a few things we weren't happy with: - We had a blockage in the new bathroom drain right after the work was finished, and we had to remove pieces of material and grit. However, Reforcam told us it was coming from the main drain and that we should call our insurance company. The insurance representative confirmed it was our bathroom, not the main drain. - When the bathroom door was reinstalled, it must have been misaligned or poorly fitted and wouldn't close. The same thing happened with a piece of baseboard that was completely swollen after the work. After mentioning it several times, a carpenter came and fixed it perfectly. The bathroom window was treated as if it were a tilt-and-turn window, which it wasn't. I pointed this out, but they continued anyway, and it hasn't worked since. It simply wouldn't open. However, they took responsibility and fixed it. I think they're a good option for renovations, and we'll keep them in mind for future projects.

Very happy with this company. They completely renovated my very small bathroom. They even had to move the toilet and replace the hinged door with a sliding one. Everything was perfect, without any problems, competitive prices, and excellent professionals, both the work crew and the owner. Most importantly, they met both the start and completion dates. I needed to replace my bathtub with a shower tray. I called several companies for quotes, and they all tried to give me a long, drawn-out explanation to justify their exorbitant prices. With Reforcam, things were different. Enrique gave me a quick and straightforward presentation, and he also advised me on the changes that would make the shower more comfortable and offered a reasonable price. He even gave me a date for the work, which he kept. The day arrived, and the builders and plumbers did their job in about six hours, even though they had to relocate the shower and drain. It was very dusty, but the result was beautiful. The next day, the person who installed the shower screen came, and they were just as quick and professional. I highly recommend this company; I'm delighted with the result.

I had to replace my shower tray because the old one cracked (they did a shoddy job during the previous renovation, leaving the base hollow). They installed a new one, and I took the opportunity to replace the shower screen as well. The quote was quick. The work was scheduled 10 days later, completed in one morning, and the shower screen was installed the following day. The price was €1500. It went up slightly because of the shower screen I chose and the fact that the tray is over 1.60 meters wide. They gave me a small discount because I installed the tiles myself. I'm happy. I'm still testing it out and hoping there won't be any problems so I can fully enjoy my new bathroom.
