Insane. I had the entire bathroom renovated. The shoddy work started immediately. Drills where they shouldn't have been, patched up haphazardly. Chipped tiles that, without a shred of shame, they left in place instead of replacing them with new ones, which they had left over. The toilet was two centimeters away from the wall and crooked. The grout lines between the tiles and the ceiling were a disaster. They had to replace the door jambs, or so they said, leaving a gap with the tile that looked awful. They quoted over 200 euros for painting the ceiling, including sanding (2 square meters), and either they didn't paint it at all or they did it like the rest: a disaster. You tell them, and they blame each other. The builders blame the saleswoman (Ana) because she only wants to make a sale and get her commission. They blame the builders because they do everything in a rush. In the end, the one who pays is, precisely, the one who pays. Never pay in cash, no matter how big a discount they offer. It ends up costing you infinitely more. It's not recommended at all. All those good reviews you can read are nothing more than bait, created by them to get you to take the bait. They installed a towel rack that, as you can see in the photo, is glued to the wall, making it completely useless. I (Ana) requested a refund, but they no longer respond to anything or anyone. The Customer Service Center (CAC) contacted me to send the crew that did this shoddy work to fix it. A guy named Fabián called me to arrange a meeting. We agreed to meet at 5:00 PM on a Thursday, but before that, he called me to ask what was wrong (even after sending emails with photos and this review, they still didn't know what was wrong). I sent it to him, and he said it couldn't be fixed. He said he would talk to his boss (a guy named Manuel) and he would call me back. Of course, I lost an afternoon's work; they neither called nor showed up. The person who responded to this review is not only lying, since they haven't contacted me except for brief emails saying they're sending the same crew that did the job poorly, and that they've refunded me for the work. The work they refunded is for the items they quoted, charged me for, and NOT carried out. This included painting the ceiling and installing a towel rack that, as the photos show, was useless. A legal claim has been filed for the entire renovation. If you can avoid this company, do so. After 10 months and filing a claim with the Madrid City Council under the new mediation law, they have repaired some of the defects and damage caused, but not all. There's still work to be done. Almost six months have passed since they repaired some of the defects, but they no longer respond. I've asked them for a solution three times, and each time they've ignored me.

A very positive experience. I entrusted them with a complex project to replace a bathtub with a shower, and they advised us, designed it, and executed it with great professionalism. Sara handled the design and project oversight with great diligence and kindness. Óscar carried out the work with meticulous care. The result is fantastic.
