780 EUROS!! 780 EUROS!!! They totally take advantage of your situation (I was locked out with two elderly parents, one who has Parkinson’s). The guy who came was nice but I feel totally scammed.This was just to open the door - which took around 15 minutes - not to change the lock itself.

90 euros and still have the problem. So, my problem was that the lock became super hard for a NuKi device to work on it. They came twice to my flat, charged me 45 euros each time, and they didn't fix it blaming on the door brand... Which, was working fine before I had to look a locksmith.
When the technician arrived he mentioned the price would be €580 plus tax and a weekend fee. He then opened the door, and I signed that he had quoted me before beginning to work. When I went to pay, it was 780 plus tax. I realize I should have asked what the weekend fee was before hand, but I feel tricked, especially since they made me sign I knew the price before he went ahead to charge me.
