In our case, Esther handled the entire process, from the initial call where we explained our situation and expectations, and she realistically assessed the feasibility of the transaction, to the signing at the notary's office. She secured the mortgage we were originally looking for and was always available to answer any questions we had. The bank was quite delayed in issuing the FEIN (European Standardized Information Sheet), but she was always there to respond. Thank you for everything!
