It was a pretty excellent experience up until the final checkout. I went to make a will. In fact, Marta, who helped me with the paperwork, was lovely and completely professional. Just when I was paying, I simply asked the cashier how the will process worked (my fault because 1) being a foreigner, I don't have basic knowledge of how it works in Spain; 2) I shouldn't have asked him (the cashier, since it's not his job), but rather an officer who handles this. At first, he told me I didn't need to do anything, since everything was already registered, and then he said that I should inform those included in the will, as they are the ones who have to make contact to claim the inheritance in the event of my death, etc. It was just a simple question about whether or not I needed to notify them regarding this will, and we ended up arguing, and he gave me a look as if I were a complete idiot who didn't understand anything. Perhaps I'm not intelligent enough to follow that kind of thing, but as someone who works in the public eye, I don't see much professionalism in this gentleman's behavior. He could have easily told me he didn't know and that I should ask an officer, which wouldn't have been a problem, instead of "insulting" me (not intentionally insulting me, but I did hear a "fucking" from him) in my face with his condescending tone. In general, the services are very good, and I greatly appreciate the time and effort the officers and notaries have put in. Just because of this one incident today, I feel it was unfair to receive this "peculiar" treatment from the cashier, but that shouldn't detract from the rest of the service. I'm giving it 3 stars, which might be helpful for those who need to use this service, especially if they don't have to interact much with the cashier (it shouldn't be necessary, and it was my initial mistake; I apologize for starting that conversation). Otherwise, everything was fine and it deserves a better rating. I hope this is helpful when making your decision. Best regards, Pengfei
My experience with the Notary's office has been absolutely flawless. They gave me an appointment for the oath of citizenship within days, and just three weeks later, I had already received my official birth certificate by email. Professionalism, efficiency, and truly effective management of the entire process.
My experience at this notary's office was a 10/10. I took the oath of citizenship on January 28th and received the registration confirmation by email on February 2nd. The best news is that my birth certificate arrived on February 5th! I couldn't be happier. I must also mention Alba's excellent service; she explained everything very well at all times. 100% recommended!
My experience was very good. Alba, the woman who received my documents, was very kind and explained everything clearly. The process was quick and they met the deadlines, sending me the documents (deed) on the days they had indicated. Thank you.
Excellent service! I took the oath on December 4th and received my official birth certificate on January 7th. I must highlight the staff's attentiveness and dedication in explaining the procedure and deadlines in detail. It's a busy office, so patience is required, but the process was flawless. I will definitely use their services again. Thank you!
