I went to this "notary" to incorporate a company, and they took over three weeks to complete a process that should only take 24 hours. It was appalling, as was their customer service! After countless calls trying to get a solution (30 minutes on hold, constant calls saying they'd call me back, then nothing, then being told I was on time, then nothing...), they finally managed to process it after I was literally chasing them. They were incredibly quick to collect payment, though. To my surprise, they couldn't even write the billing information correctly, which I pointed out had typos, but they never corrected them. In short, it works very well as an ATM.
My husband and I are beyond delighted with the service provided by the entire team. They've proven to be excellent professionals, and it's incredible how quickly they resolved our problem. A huge thank you to everyone, especially Susana and Alicia. 100% recommended.
Everybody in this office was very nice and professional when I had some documents notarized here. They even accommodated me even though I contacted them at the last minute. They promptly responded to my inquiries through their Google page. The prices were also reasonable. I will surely use their service in the future.
Son muy amables, comunicativos y eficientes. For foreign clients they will explain everything in English when preparing the documentation, which I believe is rare for a notary, but a big help for the more complicated topics.
