We made an appointment at this notary's office and the service was outstanding from the very beginning. I want to highlight the professionalism of Marta and Leticia, who helped us and managed everything with great efficiency and kindness, answering all our questions clearly and quickly from start to finish. The signing with the notary, Mr. Pablo, was impeccable; he was a friendly, detail-oriented, and efficient professional. Without a doubt, this is a notary's office we can trust completely, and we will definitely return. Thank you to the entire team!

We went to this notary's office because they offered a discount. As the saying goes, you get what you pay for. Every step we've taken with them has been a nightmare. In my experience, the notary is an extremely unpleasant person. The clerk who assisted us was completely inefficient, repeatedly asking for the same information and creating a feeling of stress and insecurity. The agent who accompanied us to the signing told us that every time he had worked with this notary's office, and more specifically with that clerk, it had been a disaster. PLEASE GO TO ANOTHER NOTARY'S OFFICE

I don't usually write these kinds of reviews, much less personalize them, but my experience with this notary's office was a nightmare from beginning to end. The most surprising thing was the enormous difficulty in maintaining clear communication with the assistant, Marta, who was in charge of signing my deed. She asked me for the same information and documents repeatedly, started new email threads alongside the existing ones, even addressed me by a name that wasn't mine, and at one point, she even claimed not to find the documentation I had already sent, asking me to send it again. And as if all that weren't enough, two days before the signing, she asked me for all the documentation I had already provided, not once, but twice. Furthermore, they sent me the draft of the deed the night before, around 9 p.m., with two significant errors. The next day, during the signing, which I attended on time, they seemed annoyed when I asked to review the corrected draft before printing it on notary paper. They literally told me, “Hurry up because the notary has to leave,” when barely two minutes had passed since they handed it to me. Not to mention that the day before, for the Transparency Agreement, they scheduled me for 4:30 p.m., and I wasn't seen until around 5:00 p.m., without apologizing for the delay. As a reproach, they mentioned the number of emails I sent before the signing. I did send them: I was requesting the draft of the deed so I could read it beforehand—a draft they had promised me but which hadn't arrived—and which they finally sent around 9:00 p.m., claiming a backlog of work. During the signing, they also stated that the signing time (1:30 p.m.) was inconvenient for them, and that I should have chosen another time… when that time was set by the notary's office itself, not by me. I'm not asking for empathy or sympathy on an important day for someone buying a home. I'm only asking for a sense of responsibility, the ability to acknowledge mistakes, and goodwill. Especially when the service costs more than 500 euros. I am available to provide further details if needed. I hope this review helps improve internal procedures, organization, email communication, and above all, respect for customers. No one should feel inconvenienced by requesting that the service they paid for be delivered properly.

I was told that wills are only drawn up at 9:00 a.m., and more than a month in advance, I asked them to schedule an appointment for 11:45 a.m., since I was traveling from Cádiz, to allow enough time to get there from Atocha station. They told me to send an email, which they never answered, and after my repeated calls, they told me to send it to a different email address. They never replied, and finally, they told me by phone that they wouldn't do me the favor of postponing the appointment. They showed absolutely no interest or courtesy.

A notary office with two young notaries who calmly explain the deeds. I want to highlight and thank the notary's clerk, Paloma Bollaín, who has always been efficient, resourceful, and above all, kind and very, very patient. She not only handles each procedure quickly and accurately, but she also does so with a positive attitude and a smile, which truly makes all the difference.
